Just completed my second run at Pymmes Park in London. It has helped give me focus and I have started running in the week again after a long period of inactivity and lack of motivation.

Where are you running? And if you are looking to start, come join us..

Started the year off with a lot of parkruns, but now the kid's sport is clashing, will run again when there is an open space.

We do the one in Roodepoort (South Africa), but did 2 other venues as well

Started c25k with the intention of doing park runs but then signed up to a charity 10k in November so have gone straight on to b210k, imagine I'll start doing the park runs once that's out of the way.

I've been meaning to do a Parkrun for ages. I'm visiting Lowestoft this weekend and tempted to do my first one there. There are a couple near where I live - Valentines in Ilford or the one in Wanstead Park.

Starting running at the beginning of the year, doing my second park run on Saturday at Wimpole Hall in Cambridgeshire. Thinking of doing the Cambridge half marathon in March, just started the 10k runner app. Feeling good!

I didn't do the Lowestoft parkrun in the end - did a 10K run with my wife instead. Must get around to a parkrun sometime though!

I do Crystal Palace parkrun regularly. Struggling to fit it in around marathon training at the moment, it's a tricky run to do as part of a longer run, but I do really love it.

For the people doing 10K training, Parkrun really does fit (as you can usually do your long run after work), use it as a bit of speedwork :)
