I walked 2 miles today. Tomorrow is C25k.1

Taking a day off from the gym and did a long walk with hubz and the dogs. 3 miles logged for today.1

I walked 1.99 miles in 42.5 minutes; 323 calories burned!2

Got another day in the books! Plus, today I got to do a "trial run" on a standing desk...loved it! I sat for lunch only & felt more energized and far less tense!1

Sunday 9/8 - walked around a shopping center while waiting for the kids to finish an activity, might have been a mile but I think it was just under
Monday 9/9 - 1.2 miles walking the dogs and another 4 miles on the elliptical

Sorry forgot to check in, have been out everyday while the weather is still nice walking the dog. Today i walked the do and then my girlfriend came over and we just walked 3 1/2 miles. Thanks for the inspiration to get moving with this challenge.

I am proud of all of you. I try to walk at least 5 days a week. I am 63 years old andI did something last year that I didn’t ever dream that I could ever do. I was in my first 5K. I won 3RD place in my age division. I did it again on September 1st again this year. I actually won 2ND place this year. I pray that I am healthy enough to do it again next year. My husband and I have 4 daughters and they are expecting mom to get 1ST place next year. LOL Start out slowly and build up your time , and always listen to your body. Don’t ever over do it. Walking is great, not only physically but mentally as well. 😊🏃♂️🏃♀️3
