Hello all,
I've been yoyo ing back and forth since 2013. This is my second time with the 30 day shred. However this time I just feel soo drained. I work out in the morning and by 3 pm, I am soo tired, I am 116 lbs., 41 years, 4 ft. 9 and have hypothyroid. The days I don't workout, not drained till 9 pm. I'm eating 1100 to 1300 on days I exercise. Weekends is usually 1500. Vegetarian. Can anyone think why?
Thank you in advance.

Are you being treated for your hypothyroid?
You're not eating enough. That's most likely your problem. try slowing down your weight loss to 0.5lbs per week.
Do you sleep well or are you restless at night?0 -
I am on synthroid. I have 2 kids so sleep is a but compromised. I'll try top up the calories to 1200 and see. Your right, maybe I should be realistic to .5 lb /wk. thanks.0

Eat at maintenance for a few days, see if your sleep and fatigue improve. If so, then you know for sure you're not eating enough. Also, eating at maintainable once a week is a good way to give your body a break, and helps you stick to your program for the following days.0 -
Thanks..that's a good idea.0
