Just wondering if when this app calculates the exercise calories burnt it considers your height weight and age, as does other sites like fit day, or is it a generic average estimate?

sedentary or lightly active
I'm a stay at home mum to a 9mth old. We go on a morning hour long walk, and I go to gym daily for an hour-hour and half which I log on my exercise. Throughout the day I'm playing with her, feeding her, tidying, food shopping etc. So I really don't know whether to choose sedentary or lightly active?

Yet it says "if everyday was like this you would weigh 86.7kgs in 5wks!" If I'm exceeding my goal surely in 5 weeks I would weigh AT LEAST 3.75kgs less?? am I…
