My goal is to reach my goal weight of 120 by July 4th (30lbs). I have been losing around 8-10 per month (with diet alone) lately so I definitely think this is an achievable goal. I am looking for others that would like to set a goal for this date so we can keep each other accountable!

3lbs Over The Weekend

Kinda Gross But I Have To Ask..
When you go on a restrictive calorie diet (1,200 calories a day) do you experience constipation more than usual? I drink plenty of water (80 fl oz a day) and walk about 4,000 steps a day. I meet the food guidelines in MFP app for fiber..so what's up?
