exercise programs
I want get on an exercise program where I can follow consistently. Right now I'm just going to the gym clueless on what I should be doing. I like to lift , and some cardio. My stats are: CW-198 GW-160 BY JUNE My fat goes everywhere so I'm pretty balanced. Any suggestions?

I'm a waitress, and always on my feet , how should those burned calories be counted? Can i count that as exercise?

How would I know how many calories I'm burning when I'm doing lifts? How can I log it in mfp?

Getting a bit frustrated, I don't know maybe I'm thinking too much but anyways. I feel like I need an exercise plan that I can stick with. And how much I'm supposed to be eating and exercising to actually burn calories and lose fat.. I don't know if mfp is accurate so I want to hear your experience sp far with mfp ,thanks…
