should I count

I'm a waitress, and always on my feet , how should those burned calories be counted? Can i count that as exercise?

You should factor it into your activity level when you are setting up your goals. If your job has you on your feet, you should choose "active" or "lightly active" (depending on whether or not you work full-time). If you find yourself losing slower than you expect to, down-adjust the activity level you've chosen.

I would put that under "Active" when you're setting up your profile so it's already worked it into the calculation MFP does for you.

your activity level...with those descriptors and all that describe the kind of work you do.
