Hello peeps. Do you guys use the calories burned while walking throughout the day as a a excersice? Like for example my calorie intake goal is 2200 n i go over by 200 but burn 300...do you subtract the walking calories?
Hello fellas and gals. How often do you change up a workout routine?
So im at 189 right now. Trying to lose 20 pounds by june 21st. basically i love weight lifting and now im finding a new found love for cardio...with that being said..how can i lose the 20 pounds but not lose muscle mass.? Lol tips and advice on food workouts and supplements i should be taking is greatly appreciated.

What kind of protein supplement do you guys use? Has it given you guys/gals results?
People of mfp is it good to mix up pull and push workouts on the same day? I.e. bench press and biceps on the same day. Or is it better to work out same muscle groups using different excersices?
