So I'm just wondering how do people calculate calories burned during weight lifting? Thanks for the help.

Net carbs?
So how do you actually calculate net carbs. Let's say the total carb content is 20 and in the nutritional break down it says 7 fiber and 13 sugars. Does that mean that the net carb content is 20-7= 13. Just want to know if I'm counting carbs correctly. Thank for any help.
