OK I see where I can add the strength training excersise but it only allows me to add the sets/reps/weight. But when I set it I don't see the calories burned. Under cardio it asks me to input the calories burned. Sorry if this sounds stupid, but I really don't know.

I try to get up at 5 am to get to the gym and then get back to the house to shower and get ready to go to work for 8 am.

I've lost 57 since my last weigh in, and I've got still have 173 pounds to lose. I'm in the 200+ weight loss category. But I'm going to do it. Add me if you want.. In fact anyone can add me.

I'm just easing up on the egg intake. Plus my wife bought a big carton of egg whites that she's not using, so I decided to use one regular egg and then dump some egg whites in with it. Haven't really noticed a difference in the taste.

Let me correct that. Not regularly. Most days are like 2-3 but there are days when I have eggs in the morning and at night when I can't think of what to eat low carb. Those days 3-5 is not unheard of for me.

I can understands the activity things. However I eat regularly 3-5 eggs a day as it replaces some meal choices.
