Which is more difficult? Gaining or Losing?
I get that both have mind over matter factors. I just feel that people believe gaining is easier because obesity is such a big/common issue in comparison. I have a hard time thinking losing is easier even though I've never tried myself. Most of the time I am at the point where my mind is telling me I can't intake any more…

Going on a bulk. Attempting to gain minimal fat. Currently: Calories:3500 Carbs: 439 (50%) Protein: 176 (20%) Fat: 117 (30%) Any suggestions for a dieting beginner?

Perfect amount to gain???
This is my first actual attempt to bulk. I have gained but not on a calorie counting diet. I haven't ever wanted too because of a fear of losing my tone. What is a good weight to gain weekly so my body fat percentage won't raise.

Weight Scale Question
I want to know around how often people weigh themselves? Do you do it daily or wait around a week? I already know to weight myself at the same time as a previous entry (I do right when I wake up)

Leg Day Suggestions
My current routine: I switch high reps & low reps each month Squats: 4x7 or 4x12 Leg Press: 4x7 or 4x7 Leg Curl & Leg Extension: 4x8 or 4x12 Standing and Sitting Calf Raise: 4x8 or 4x15 I want to add in front squats as well as Romanian deadlifts but would like suggestions on if my routine is sufficient.

Help with Rotator Cuff!!!
My left shoulder has experienced pain when I do an overhead press. I have removed the exercise but continue to do gradual workout with my shoulder. Is this delaying the injury? I heard it's okay to workout an injured cuff gradually
