Perfect amount to gain???

This is my first actual attempt to bulk. I have gained but not on a calorie counting diet. I haven't ever wanted too because of a fear of losing my tone. What is a good weight to gain weekly so my body fat percentage won't raise.

Your body fat percentage will go up no matter what. It's inevitable that part of what you gain will be muscle and part will be fat. Read this thread: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10226536/bulking-for-beginners/p1

So lets say I gain ten pounds and I want to get back to the tone I have now without losing the muscle I added? What's your suggestion? (If ten pounds makes a huge difference on my fat %)

Read #8 in the post I linked to above.

To get rid of the fat, you cut at a small deficit, maintain adequate protein intake and continue strength training. You will also inevitably lose some muscle along with the fat (sorry, it's just the way things work), but the above will minimize the muscle loss as much as you possibly can.

Generally you'll want to cut half of what you put on, as for most people weight gain is 50/50 if they are training hard without steroids.

If it's your first bulk, you might not even have to cut that much off afterwards.
