How long to lose the last 5-7 pounds?
I am currently 5'8 and weigh 131 pounds. Is it realistic to think I can lose 1.5 pounds per week for a goal of 6 pounds in a month at my current stats? I know the last bit always seems to be the hardest to lose! :)

Fitbit Blaze question : do I still add exercise in MFP? How do I link my fitbit and MFP?
Hi MFP friends, I just bought a fitbit blaze and have a few questions. I linked MFP and my fitbit when I set up my new device. Do I need to do anything else for the two to communicate? Also, do I still log exercise in MFP or will it pull data from my fiber? Thanks! Chelle
