Only I totally went overboard and ate too much at a party at work! Pizza, BBQ, cookies, and ice cream cake... Totally kicking myself now :( I feel like I gained 10 pounds.…

Hopefully I will break my plateau this month! Lost inches last month, but the scale stalled... 5'8, 31 years old Starting weight: 131 Goal weight by May 30: 127 May 2: 131 May 9: May 16: May 23: May 30:

2200-2300 is my total calories burned for the day INCLUDING exercise.
-
I workout 6 days a week. I lift weights, do circuit training, and a mix of HIIT and speed walking. I do take a rest day for recovery.
-
Can't imagine how I can... I'm weighing literally everything!
-
Great, thank you so much! I'm looking forward to using my fitbit as a motivator and activity tracker :)
-
Thank you for the explanation! And just to ensure I linked my fitbit the right way, I went to MFP and then went to apps and chose add fitbit under trackers. Is this correct?
-
I feel your pain! I am trying to lose my last 5-6 pounds and it seems to be taking FOREVER...
-
I'm 5'8 and 131. I've been stalled there for a bit, but I have lost quite a few inches which makes me feel like I'm making progress at the gym. I would like to get down to 124-125. I used to be 118-120, but I have more muscle mass now and would prefer a more athletic build.
-
Awesome! Thank you :)
-
I'm 5'8 and weigh 130. My goal is 125 pounds.
-
Forgot to mention I'm 5'8!
-
I understand completely and know exactly how you feel! I'll tell you what - after I lose this final bit of weight, I'll be sure not to let it creep back up again!
-
According to calories in/calories out, I should be able to lose a pound a week by cutting 3500 calories a week at 1300-1400 calories per day. I am going to be strict and stick to my calories to see if I can make a weekly dent in things ;)
-
Alright, well it's onward for me! I guess I should adjust my weight loss expectations and keep up the hard work.
-
I'm in! March was kind of a plateau for me :( 31 years old, 131 pounds I'd like to lose 5 pounds this month Goal for April 30th : 126 pounds!
-
Wow, 3 months seems like a long time for 6 pounds! Hopefully I can make it happen a little quicker than that...
-
Way Way to go!

PiYo!
-
Thanks for the feedback! It seems like the charge would be a great motivational tool!
-
What is the difference in the blaze vs. charge? I am not a runner, but I walk, do PiYo/bodypump, and weight lifting it it matters...
-
Forgive me, but I'm new to Fitbit. How do you enable negative calories? Also, is there a way to flow all of your data from your fitbit to MFP for tracking? Thanks!
-
Thanks everyone for sharing and confirming what I already though - focus on eating at a deficit and all will be fine!
-
Woo hoo! Awesome progress!
-
Way to go! So close :)

I'm 5'8 and 130 pounds. Thin/athletic build. I wear a 2/4. My goal is to get back down to 123-124. I'm currently eating about 1250-1400 calories per day and work out 5 days a week by lifting weights, doing HIIT, and PiYo.
-
PiYo is a mix of pilates and yoga with cardio added in. You can buy the workout series from Beachbody. I really like it because it compliments my strength training routine. :)
-
I also walk about 2 miles each day I don't do HIIT
