Today is my weigh in day and the day of the month when I do my measurements and picture taking. Completed week 3
Today I finished week 3 of my beginner program for lifting weights. I'm half way through and so proud of myself. I increased my weights again this week and I think I'll stick with the same for next week -it was a challenging week for sure. :smile:

Completed week 2
I can happily say I've completed week 2 of weights and it feels so awesome! I wasn't sure about sticking with it but I really do enjoy that time. SERIOUS weekend fails
I can do really really well during the week eating right and staying strong but I always fail on the weekends. Finished week 1 with weights❤️
This was my first week of weight lifting and I finished it!! I woke at 0530 every morning to be sure I'd have the uninterrupted time to do it and I am sore but in a good way and so proud of myself. I look forward to completing the full six week plan and feel even better!!!
