I am the proud wife of a hard working Army guy ♥
I am a mom of 5 great kids (toddler - college) ♥
I just started weight lifting a few weeks ago ♥
I just started running again a few weeks ago ♥
I just celebrated my 39th birthday ♥

I'm working on eating better and not just better but actually eating! I always just ate barely to my minimum but I'm learning that with doing the exercise I do I need to eat at least my minimum every day if I want to lose weight, gain muscle, have energy, and not feel starved. I don't eat back my exercise calories burned but sometimes I'll eat a little over my minimum because I'm hungry. I even have a cheat day once a week. I'm slowly learning how to get this right and be the best me I can be so I can be the best me for my family.

Always looking for more support, encouragement, and positivity in my days.
