And no weight loss. Always under my calories inc exercise by over a 1000 most of the time. Really thinking what's the point? Please help

Hi i am wondering what is the best way to work out my active level that best describes me. I work on a furnace which involves a lot of walking about and tugging and pulling but then sometimes there are quiet spells where we stay seated for a while. Not happening?
Been on this app now for 10 days(I know). But been hammering the elliptical trainer and keeping a 1000+ below calories. Weighed myself this morning and have put 1 pound on!! Does your excercise mean you can eat more or do you still eat under your food goal with adding what you eat?

Weight training not showing on app when In putted in excercise.
I can't find a way of getting my weights to show on my diary. It shows cardio but not weights? Any ideas please? Thanks in advance mark
