I agree with everyone else... Drop more body fat.. Start training and eating to lean out.. Plus try taking BCAA

You can do cardio All day long, and yes you will burn fat.. But you Will not gain muscle! Eventually your body will start using muscle as fuel leading to muscle loss! I do about 20-30, sometimes less of cardio a day... After my cardio I lift weights... I lift heavy weights! You are not going to look like a man by lifting…
