Fitbit Question real quick!
Today is my fast day, I've only walked like 5,000 steps (been at work sitting). I got home and it said I burned 1400 calories so far. Then, poof- it updated my calories burned to 3,703!? What happened. How do I correct it?

Fitbit= game changer
The heart rate monitor seems to be the biggest factor in taking the guess work out of it. I love that I can actually trust the process now. Talk about motivating! Hope this helps others who may be on the fence or have been struggling like I was.

Question: Different days different cal goals
For those who do 5/2 or have different calorie goals for different days, what do you put in for your weekly goal? Today my goal is 500, tomorrow it will be 1500. If I put in 1500 it will assume that's everyday, and make my weekly "goal" 10,500 instead of 8,500. So, do you manually change the goal each day?
