How does MFP calculate how many macros you should be consuming?
For example, I'm supposed to be eating 50% carbs, 20% protein, and 30% fat but for some reason that just doesn't seem right to be. Does anyone know how MFP came up with that ratio of macros? Is it because of the goals I set for myself on the app?

How to log calories for strength training?
Is there any way to log calories for strength workouts? My cardio workouts allow me to increase calorie intake from food during the day but when I enter my strength exercises they don't add anything to my calories burned from exercise. Is there a way to add calories for this? Or is that not something you add calories for?…

How to know how many calories you burned?
Hi! While trying to enter the amount of sit ups I was doing it asked for how long I was doing them and how many calories I burned? I'm just doing them in my room at home so does anyone know a way to keep track of how many calories you might burn whole doing activities similar to this?? Thanks!
