Reduced sugar ketchup...YUCK!
So i finally got around to getting the Heinz reduced sugar ketchup and i had such high hopes from what people have said. It's pretty disgusting IMO and tastes super artificial. Leaves a bad aftertaste and I think I'll just go back to using regular ketchup. I think the extra 30 cals are worth it to stick to original.

Does anyone else notice that maintenance isn't much different than losing weight other than a few hundred more calories? Is a meal at 3 am yesterday's log or today?
Of course for New Years I went out to a club then ate a grilled cheese and curly fries at 3 am. Would you log it as yesterday's meal or today's? I know it all averages out but if I log it as today's meal then yesterday's calories wouldn't be as much of a fail haha

Question for "happy scale" or weight trend users
Do you use the setting "compare 10 day best" or the "compare moving average" if I compare the 2, 10 day best says I gained .2 lbs in 7 days but moving average says I've lost 1.2 lbs in 7 days. Was wondering which you use. Thanks!
