Do you overeat or starve when depressed?
I know a lot of people lose their appetite when theyre depressed. I tend to binge eat, watch tv, get lazy and sleep when I’m sad/depressed. I’m wondering how many of you do this, or just not eat at all....? I hate to admit, but I wish I was on the other side of the spectrum.

ladies and leggings question...
Might be too much of a TMI question....BUT I'm just curious, do you wear underwear with your leggings?! I don't wear leggings when I workout, I've always just worn loose sweats or baggy pants. I like the way leggings look but I'm too paranoid about them being see through while doing squats or underwear lines.

Is a protein bar & shake everyday ok?
I know getting protein through real food is best but bars and shakes are so convenient for an extra 40 grams per day. Was wondering if having a protein bar AND a shake everyday would be ok or is that too many processed protein snacks?

If I only have time to lift sat sun and tues which split would you recommend I do? I run on mon and wed for about 30-40 mins. I can maybe squeeze in lifting on mon but unlikely. Thanks for any advice!

If weight loss is NOT linear, why does it seem weight gain is?
