Has anyone read this book by Dr. Yoni Freedhoff? I've heard many good things about it and how it's focused more on mindset. If you have, please review and let me know if it's worth the purchase. Thanks!

It's in my top 2 diet books ever! And I've read a lot of them. :D In fact, that book convinced me to give calorie counting another try.

The book is nothing 'new,' by which I mean you will probably have heard of or come across about 90% of the content. However, the way he explains everything and the approach he takes is novel and worth reading. It's full of compassion, logic, and solid science. No woo. He is a strong advocate of calorie counting/keeping a food diary, which is perfect for someone on MFP and the book covers related hints and tips. Since he works with obese patients every day, he touches on a lot of the mind games we play with ourselves and common sense ways of thinking to counteract said mind games.

His writing style is easy to digest, so to speak, so it's a quick read.
