Too much snacking!
My husband like to snack after workout and dinner! How can I avoid this - I don't buy and I don't eat it but sometimes I get sucked in! I think this is why I've put weight on. Just enjoying foods too much with my partner! Anyone else??? Any advice?!

Weights
I always believe cardio after weights. I tried it the other way around once and couldn't lift weights after!! When I work with my trainer, after weights I do a 3-5k run. Not much but I wouldn't be able to leg press after!

Ideas needed please!!
That's good!!! I did my measurements last week... Weight still same but measurements have gone down. Wanted to see bigger results though. I PT, with a trainer twice a week doing weights / strength and run 5 right after plus another day. So averaging 3.5 days at gym. I watch my calories - currently 1000 - but not fitting…
