Ideas needed please!!

That's good!!! I did my measurements last week... Weight still same but measurements have gone down. Wanted to see bigger results though. I PT, with a trainer twice a week doing weights / strength and run 5 right after plus another day. So averaging 3.5 days at gym.
I watch my calories - currently 1000 - but not fitting into 'that' dress as yet.
Any ideas??

Are you feeling either sluggish or unusually high energy levels? The two extremes are both signs that you are undereating.

The only results you could possibly see in one week is bloating going down. You need patience and a SUSTAINABLE plan to fit into that dress.

I've only been at it a week and feel super tired. My cals are 1200 . I'm not exercising too much because of this but my job I'm running around all day. I work 3 days a week. 12 hour shifts. Any suggestions ?

You should not go below 1000 cal , especially with you working out like that....... It is not healthy.....

1000 calories is very little food, and won't sustain that amount of training unless you are super small. If you aren't losing weight according to plan, tighten up your logging first - use a food scale and check all items - before you try to adjust anything.
