How bad is it to go over the daily 45gm of sugar daily if the sugar is coming from healthier foods like bananas and yogurt? 1 banana has 28gms of sugar and there's sugar in all foods it's very easy to go over for me... i dont add sugar to any foods not even my coffee. how does this affect weightloss?
