Lots of excercise Average calories
I was wondering, if my excercise is very close to the amount of calories I consumed is that unhealthy and basically fasting? I'm not really sure, Should I eat a lot more to make up for what I'm burning or will I be fine? By the way I can't really lower my excercise because I'm training for sports.
