Lifting Weights

So I started lifting weights, and I was wondering... I want to gain strength of course, but I also want to gain a lot of muscular endurance as well... I'm currently doing a split routine (shoulder/Back and Biceps/chest triceps/legs) and core and cardio daily... I want to know what I should do for both strength and endurance (I have the time to spend like 4 hours at a gym too)
