I have 9 pounds left to lose, I already lost 46. These last 9 pounds just aren't budging, should I increase my exercise or decrease my calories? I'm at 1800 calories right now.
Ok, I am 5'8 196lbs and 35yrs old male. My Fitbit says I am burning 3,449 calories in a 24 hour period. I am exercising 150 min including 90 min of weight training and 60 min of cardio. Just curious if this sounds right, and what other people are burning in 24 hours. THANKS

Ok, I weigh 199lbs with a fair amount of muscle, I want to cut down to around 180lbs. I have my calories set at 1910 with my macros at carbs 40 protein 40 and fat 20 percent, is this about right for losing fat and maintaining muscle? I lift weights for about 90 minutes and 45 minutes cardio. WHATS YOUR OPINION OR…
