Does taking Tylenol or any other pain reliever hurt your muscle gains or is that just a myth?

Just note that you shouldn't take too much of any pain reliever...if you're taking it consistently for days, see a doctor before you trash your liver or kidneys.0

I have a artificial hip and use to take Percocet and Vicodin daily. I take Tylenol a few times a week.0
