Swimmer Without a Pool
Has anyone else found themselves unable to do their normal workout due to covid? My normal workouts were swimming but most of the pools in my area are still closed (except during work-day hours) unfortunately. Is anyone else finding themselves in this situation where they have to find new workouts to do because of covid?

Restarting...Again
I feel like I have made the same post before but again I am trying to keep more systematic about checking in and keeping track of my calories/fitness. This time I've added the app to my phone so hopefully that will help so I am reminded to log in when I am on it!

Getting back on track
Sometimes I eat too many calories in one day and then I feel bad about it, which makes me more likely to eat more on the next day too...does anyone have trouble with this or have tips on how to get back on track after a mess-up like this? Thank you!

Love to Swim?
The most frequent exercise I do is swimming- I go about 3 times a week and swim at least 45 minutes to an hour each time! Does anyone else like to swim as their exercise?
