I started on this site about a year and half ago, however I have not been able to gain the motivation, or maybe it is the drive, to continue coming back and putting in my daily logs of food and exercise every day. I was wondering if anyone had tips on how to stay motivated and dedicated to entering in the information each and every day? I think that may be the only way I am really able to stay on track and reach my goals.
