200lbs club
I am tipping the scale at about 204 and I am trying to get serious about this weight lose journey. I started out this week with a bit of a more healthy menu and I also walk for about 45 minutes to an hour each day. Its only thursday so I doubt that the scale has moved much. You should weigh ***lbs in 5 weeks feature
How accurate has that "you should weigh this much in x amount of weeks" feature been for you guys. After I log a meal it always says that I should weigh 195lbs in 5 weeks and I am just curious to see how accurate it is.

Rainy day exercises
Since it has been threatening to rain ALL day (still hasn't started) I have come up with a way to get a little exercise in while entertaing my 9 month old daughter. I go to YouTube, press play on my favorite reggae songs and WE DANCE! How do YOU get a decent workout in when the outdoors or the gym is not an option?
