I am tipping the scale at about 204 and I am trying to get serious about this weight lose journey. I started out this week with a bit of a more healthy menu and I also walk for about 45 minutes to an hour each day. Its only thursday so I doubt that the scale has moved much. I am sooo tempted to step on but i am not gonna. Anyone else want to hop in this boat with me?

I am at 242 pounds -___- my biggest complaint is that years ago I was at 250, lost 100 pounds and have since gained almost all of it back! My goal is to reach a healthy but maintainable weight. Somewhere between 160&180.
I'm also getting married in November of 2017, so my goal is to get there by then!
I'd love any friends who are wanting to lose 60+ pounds and are just starting out so we can support each other and help each other stay committed!8 -

I sent requests to all of you. I have faith in us all. It wont be easy and some of us will stumble along the way but I believe that we are ALL capable of doing it. Some of us will go faster or slower than others but the thing is to keep pushing our fitness friends towards their goals no matter what1

Yes! Today I read a 'tip' on another site..it read "RESIST the urge to compare your journey to someone else's. There is no one else out there like you! No one has your exact body type, genetics, stress level or lifestyle. You can't run someone else's race and win it we have to win our own race"4

Hey friends and supporters! Just wanted to say GM to you all. Stay focused and eat healthy today. I don't ALWAYS eat what I am supposed to eat but I am getting better with meal planning for myself and my family.2

I have added more fiber to my diet to help keep me regular (it really helps). I found a product called KONSYL in my local grocery store. I also enjoy a cup of sugar free green tea everyday. I make sure to drink plenty of water although I usually forget to log it.0

Hi !!! I started out at 217 and I am now down to 190.
I'd like to lose 30 more pounds !!! My journey has been because of a change in my diet and regular exercise. Ive eaten smaller portions, drink water before my meals, eat small meals a day, and workout 3-5 times per week! I only started in february, I would be loosing faster but ill admit i have treat from time to time. I would like to be down to 170 by the middle of June (20 pounds lighter) Since ive lost weight my skin has become more loose so ive also got a lot more weight training to do !1 -

Im new at this myfitnesspal app im not sure how to add or be added. I would love to part of a support group. I had my first baby 5 months ago. I stopped breast feeding after 6 weeks and since then i have blown up. I am 233lbs and im trying lose weight. Its so hard to find time to exercise and cook healthy meals when i work and have a newborn to take care of. Any advice would be greatly appreciated0
