Low Impact

So I stopped going to the gym and recently purchased a very nice rower(Ergatta). Very interactive etc, even has racing. How do you feel about the workout you can get from rowing?

Doing enough?
Knowing most of you are younger, I am in my early 50's. But I am trying to lose weight and get in shape. With work (8am - 5pm) and other commitments I do have restricted time. But I exercise roughly 60 minutes a day (6 days a weeks) 25 mins of cardio, then 35 minutes of strength training. Diabetes also runs in my family…

Never do this type of post but I'm 52 and have not been under 210 in my adult life until today. It's not a secret people, exercise and eating right and of course watching calories. If I can do it, anyone can do it!

Cheat days help?
I have found that when I have a cheat day, it seems it gives my system a jolt and I start losing weight again after that. It seems I hit a plateau at times and then I decide to have a good cheat day and then boom! WeightLoss begins again. What the hell is the science behind that?

Am I doing it wrong, right, or in the middle
Just need a little help. I am 52 and I go to the gym about 5 times a week. I do about 25 - 30 minutes of cardio and about 25-35 minutes of lifting weights. I like to be done in an hour or so. Is this not enough? Too much? I guess everyone is different but end goal is to get under 200lbs. I am 15lbs away

Help me get out of the 2 week RUT with no loss!!
So been hovering close to 2000 calories sometimes swaying either way by 300 calories. Still have 20 LBs to lose. (6'2 - 223lbs) Was rolling and now it all stopped. I workout and try and eat lean meats and veggies. I have an occasional drink/beer but nothin over the top. How do I get out of this momentum downer??

Losing and Gaining - Any advice?
The old question, can I lose weight and gain strength? I am currently 223Lbs, 6'2". I am trying to get to 205 or thereabouts. Going to the gym etc.. And...IM AN OLD DUDE at 50. I go to the gym at least 4-5 days per week and mix cardio and lifting.

50! Ugh! Trying to get back into shape
Read so much and trying to determine best course of action. Been at the gym, eating low calories... Tired of being overweight! 6'2 and 228Lbs. Need to lose 20 at least. Any advice out there? I listen to all
