Non-scale victory for me.
Got this shirt a couple of months ago and it was almost skin tight. It felt so good to put it on and have some room in it. Excuse the mess that I look like. I've been sick the past few days.

Anyone in central Mississippi? Maybe we can form a local-ish support and motivation group. Throw in some accountability as well. I'm a local pastor, family man, and IT nerd. We can keep up with each other in a group on here and over Snapchat or Instagram.

Been a while.

Starting, failing, starting, failing, the cycle has to stop.
I have not been on this app in some years. When I logged back in my beginning weight was in the upper 300's and now I am sitting at 416. While that is not my highest it is where I am. Body Weight Exercise Suggestions?
I am 379 lbs and am looking to start doing some body weight exercises. I need some suggestions for exercises to work muscle groups: chest, arms, shoulders, abs, back and legs. Again, need something that uses body weight. Simple a basic exercises I can do in my living room. Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Weak legs/knees
I have attempted lunges recently and discovered that I can't do them without pain. Can anyone recommend some simple exercises that I could do to strengthen them? I am 392 pounds so that can be an issue.

Tired of being fat and failing
I am 37 and tired. I have tried to lose weight only to lose some then go back to my bad habits. My knees hurt, I get tired easily, and I am sick of paying extra for fat clothes. I am just sick of trying and failing but apparently not sick enough to make it work. :( I weighed in this morning at 392 lbs.
