2nd week slow progress
Hi everyone..I'm eating 1300 calories a day and definitely eating more protein with Minimal carbs..I pretty much follow Fitness Pals nutrition plan to the T. The first week I lost 10 pounds. The second week I lost 1 pound.

60lbs is my goal..10 down and 50 to go. I lost 10 in 10 days..Now seems to be slower this week

Hi everyone* I'm here trying to lose weight for IVF. So far first week lost 8 lbs so happy with the results so far! I would like to lose 40 before conceiving. I don't work out tho. I'm a busy nurse with 2 jobs and in school. Any advice?
