Need support to stay on track - fellow teachers
Hi everyone...I need some help I cannot stay on track to save my life. I get so stressed at work that I am constantly reaching for the snacks - I would get rid of the snacks but my students often work for them as a reward so our consultants have us keep them nearby (I work with students on the autism spectrum). Stress and Weight Gain
Hi all... I had lost nearly 100 lbs since high school (12-ish years ago) - lost it all in intervals and always kept it off. I am about 10 lbs up from where I was at my lowest. But, if one day I eat some of those calories after 8:00-ish, I gain weight. Does this happen to anyone else? How do you squash the urge to eat something after that point?

Frustration!
Does his happen to anyone else: You work so hard all week and even on any given day, you eat one treat that is still in your budget because of exercise, but you step on the scale the next day and the whole weeks progress is gone? Then, am I the only one that it is actual pounds for, because I don't lose it in a couple…

Help?
Hi everyone, I've been on many diets and weight loss plans. I was 251 in high school and lost 90+ lbs doing weight watchers. I had a rough year in 2015 and gained a few lbs back. I always maintain using my fitness pal but rely on ww if I know I need to drop. Well, I went back this January and hated the new plan. Plugged my…
