Disgruntled Weight Watcher

Hi all,
I've done weight watchers a million times, and I've lost 90 (almost 100) lbs at one point. I have gained about 10 back and am stuck at 90 down. I have tried smart points for the past 2 years and this is the worst, most limiting program they have ever put out.
I have always done welai training with MFP. Now I want to truly use it and the calories in/calories out to lose weight.
What do you all feel is a good deficit to have each day?

Just plug in your goals and stats into MFP and it'll give you an amount of calories to aim for. You should choose the rate of loss depending on how much you have to lose. If you have a lot to lose aim for the higher rate of loss, but if you only have a few pounds then choose a lower rate. About 1% of your weight per week is a rule of thumb but of course there are exceptions.2

Like the above poster said, MFP will set your calorie budget for you. As an aside, my sister in law tried the new WW points system and hated it, compared to the old program. You're not alone on that.0
