Does his happen to anyone else:
You work so hard all week and even on any given day, you eat one treat that is still in your budget because of exercise, but you step on the scale the next day and the whole weeks progress is gone?
Then, am I the only one that it is actual pounds for, because I don't lose it in a couple days, it takes me the whole week to lose it back!

I have noticed that my body reacts differently to different types of food. I can stay within my calories and eat McDonalds but my body will retain water. And just remember that even though you are up doesn't mean you are up actually fat but most likely water retention0

My numbers go up and down all the time, it still averages out to 2 pounds a week. It really isn't linear.0
