No weight loss!
This is my 5th week now, I excercise every day, I do on average 18,000 steps a day, I lost 2lb in my first two weeks but haven't lost a pound since, but my shape has changed, is this usual?

Sugar cravings
I hate how guilty I feel for eating so much as a solitary biscuit..when I used to eat a full packet with a cup of tea!! But i find a biscuit cures the sugar cravings! I've tried eating fruit instead but I still crave sugar, is it just psychological?

Make me keep going!!
It's my first week of healthy eating, excercise and 12,000 steps a day, I'm sticking too it, I've done 7 days! I'm scared to weigh myself incase I've not even lost a pound.. I'll be so disappointed!! And prob would give up!

Calorie query
I'm confused, my calorie allowance is 1,200 a day, each time I burn off day 250, it adds it back on, are you sposd to use these calories, I haven't been doing because I thought if I use what I burn, how could I lose weight?
