I'm confused, my calorie allowance is 1,200 a day, each time I burn off day 250, it adds it back on, are you sposd to use these calories, I haven't been doing because I thought if I use what I burn, how could I lose weight?

MFP already sets you at a deficit, so you can lose weight without exercise. When you do exercise, your calories burned increases. In order to keep your deficit consistent and fuel your body, you're expected to eat a portion of those calories back (which is even more important when you're eating 1200 calories).0
