I just love plain greek 0% Fage yogert with some grated 100% chocolate and stevia. I have sometimes eaten 48 oz in a day. It fits well in my calorie count and keeps me full. However I worry that maybe it might be too much protein as I am well over my protein each day.
So I hurt my rib cage just over a week ago and have been starving ever since. Is it because I can't go on my daily walk or something to do with healing the injury.
Every time someone posts another thread about how they are on 1200 per day and can't reach that much I just scratch my head. How did you become over weight if you can't eat over 1200 calories. I know me personally I never have trouble eating my calorie goal, and it is much higher than 1200. What is the deal?
If a person has a lot of weight to lose, so it going to be dieting for over a year, how often should they take a diet break? Is it always necessary to take a break or if a dieter has periods say when they go on vacation and don't totally stay in their deficit is that enough of a break?
