I don't see how frozen broccoli would have a lot of fat. Are you sure you are reading the label correctly? when I google that brand of broccoli here is the label and it has no fat. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Great-Value-Broccoli-Cuts-12-oz/967902497

I switched over the fiber gourmet pasta. Half the calories of regular pasta and way more fiber!

If it syncs with your phone it can also be the blue tooth going out on your phone. My hubby has this issue with his phone blue tooth.

Skinnytaste has a weekly menu with shopping lists.

Now they are correct again

I now have double steps and they keep coming back even if I delete one

What about for those of us who are allergic to wool.

I am a HUGE chocoholic. I grate 100% cacao into plain 0% greek yogurt with a little truvia everyday. Tastes to me like chocolate cheesecake! I have lost 80+ lbs doing this.

I have always wondered if some of those that have a lower BMR than should be calculated are people that always had a lower BMR and that is why they gained weight before. So now they lost weight and yes still have the lower BMR.

I am not sure if this is your issue but the blue tooth antenna in smart phone starts to go bad after a while and will cause these sync issues. I had the same problem with my fitbit and my sleep headphones and when I upgraded my phone all sync issues went away. Hubby has a different phone and a smart watch and car he likes…

They have the best frozen grilled asparagus. No giant fat stocks in theirs like many other brands.

I eat 100% cacao shaved into my plain greek yogurt everyday with a little stevia for sweetness. I am a chocolate monster and would never have lost 68lbs without chocolate everyday.

but your totals will be off between the two and then people get all confused about how come MFP is not doing the same as fitbit.
-
You have to go set your goal in fitbit to the same as MFP.

I think you are incorrect. The American Heart Association suggests that healthy adults limit dietary fat to no more than 20 to 35 percent of total daily calories. So I am eating calories 1,500 per day that would be 33-58 grams. Way less than you are recommending.

This is off topic but I could not just pass it by. Why in the would a person need to eat .4g of fat per pound of body weight. That would be a HUGE amount of fat calories for me. Combine that with the protein requirement (which I do know is important) and that for me would mean basically no carbs for me (like 50 grams)…

Oh and the 500 is x 7 or 3500 to lose a pound. People usually say 500 because that is per day.

I gain water weight whenever I take ibuprofen. Even just one dose. So don't sweat the daily fluctuations.

I thought thigh gap was out now and HUGE butts were in now?

My husband is not over weight but he has high blood pressure. His mom has it too, so I think it is genetic. Now me who was extremely overweight (now just overweight) my blood pressure and all of my bloodwork is perfect. So now I just finish losing weight so they stay that way.
-
I do the same thing. My weigh is the lowest weight I have seen on the scale even if it it 2lbs higher the next day.
-
I retain water like crazy from iboprofen and it can take a week to go away.

Did you use the calories MFP says or did you make your own calories amount? For the fitbit/MFP to work correctly together you must use the calories amount MFP calculates. You must also have fitbit and MFP set to the same settings, weight, height, amount to lose weekly. If they are not both set the same the adjustments will…

I have so far lost 65 lbs without surgery with another 45 to go. I am a 50+ year old menopausal woman and have been overweight since having my kids in my early 30's gradually getting heavier and heavier over the 20 years. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and all of my tests were excellent. The doctor said she was very…

also if the veges were roasted with oil that can drive the calories way up.

My grocery store is truly evil. They moved the chips to the same aisle as the greek yogurt. The puffy cheetos are directly across from my Fage. Evil, evil store.

I find my fitbit one to be very accurate. I only walk usually about 10,000 steps a day and get 400ish calories sent to MFP for that.
-
I use a fitbit one that clips to my bra. I could never wear something around my wrist all the time. It would bug me. Also the one is nice in that it will not pick up arm movement as walking since it is not on my wrist. However no fancy hear monitor or anything, but I only walk so I don't care.

I am over 50 and so far have lost almost 60 lbs with 40ish more to go. I am set at 1 lb a week now as I don't want to cut my calories down any lower. I figure it took me 50 years to get this fat so why am I trying to lose it in a short time. I go on vacation, eat out and love life, more so as it gets easier to move and do…

My fitbit one seems to know if I am walking fast or slow so i get a different amount of calories for walking that is just cruising and more calories if I am really moving out quickly. So that might be your difference in calories for the same steps.
