I just love plain greek 0% Fage yogert with some grated 100% chocolate and stevia. I have sometimes eaten 48 oz in a day. It fits well in my calorie count and keeps me full. However I worry that maybe it might be too much protein as I am well over my protein each day.

Aside from the raw protein number, the only issue I see with excessive Greek yogurt is any issues that you might have with the dairy component. Some people can't tolerate yogurt well. But apparently you can so probably none to worry about. Otherwise the biggest risk I see is calories and sugar. I buy the 100 cal Greek fruit flavored at Aldi and eat that 3-4 days a week. Sometimes I will mix my fiber in there or oatmeal.

I go to town on Fage Greek yogurt. The plain total, I can eat even without adding anything. It is pretty expensive though, but the taste is worth it

Ok so I guess I don't need to worry about it. I do well with dairy and it is about the only dairy I get except for cheese a few times a week.

I do love it and it helps each meal with keeping me full.
