I started using flavoured water drops (Dasani Drops, Crystal Light etc) a couple months ago to ween me off pop and juice. It worked really well. I have so much trouble controlling my cravings and portion intake about a week and a half prior to my period. I've gone way over my daily intake two days in a row. Anyone have any tips on how to feel full during this time and get rid of cravings?
Has anyone tried those vi-shakes for weightloss and did you find it at all helpful? My husband's mom gave us a couple bags of it yesterday.
