I have so much trouble controlling my cravings and portion intake about a week and a half prior to my period. I've gone way over my daily intake two days in a row. Anyone have any tips on how to feel full during this time and get rid of cravings?

Drink more liquids, get moving and exercise. Find sugar-free substitutes, or low calories so you can still work them into your goals. I love fugdesicles. Really like them. 40 calories each and I don't tell myself no, but choose healthier foods. Frozen Greek yogurt has between 80-100 calories.(I stir it frequently to help give it a better consistency) They also have several different flavors. Also try snacks with cocoa powder on them, not in them, on them. Like a dusting of them. It's very easy to get a chocolate fix this way, and lower calories.0
