Cardio or weights first?
Today is my first day back at the gym in months. I've always done 15 minutes of cardio then weights but I heard it's better to do weights then cardio. What do you guys think?

I'm going to Europe in a few weeks and I'm terrified of flying. I've gone to Europe a few times a few years ago, but for some reason I have so much anxiety about this flight. Any good tips on how to reduce anxiety about flying or while flying??

So weak
Everytime I lose weight I feel very weak, tired, dizzy and I get anxiety. I'm not underweight, in fact I'm in my weight range I just want to lose a few pounds for summer. Does anyone else feel this way?

New skirt!
So happy I fit into a size smaller than I did a few months ago! Lost 3 pounds in 25 days which is slow but I'm ok with it! Another 6 to go.

Not losing weight
I've been eating lower than my recommended calorie intake for three weeks and I've only lost two pounds. I haven't been going to the gym lately because I'm tired a lot.

I'm eating under my caloric goal daily, around 1000-1100 calories. It's been 22 days and I've only lost 2 pounds. I've laid off the gym lately because I'm usually tired. Anyone know any reasons as to why I'm not losing weight?
