  • When I was eating about 1400 calories a day I gained 8 pounds over the course of like 4 months which is why I'm back on a low caloric diet because I gained so much weight so fast. I've been eating 1050-1150 calories for about 25 days and have lost 3 pounds. I'm just always tired. I'm usually always too tired to exercise…
  • I said before that whenever I eat more and work out I gain weight. I have a hard time maintaining so it's either eat low calories or eat more and work out which would only lead me to gain weight in unwanted areas
  • Usually more
  • Like if a package of oatmeal is 100 calories, it doesn't mean it's exactly 100, it can be up to 20% more or less
  • Yes I'm 22, are you losing or maintaining? What's your caloric intake?
  • Yeah I weigh my food and leave about 100 calories at the end of the day because I know calories can legally be 20% off the actual number
  • So could it be that my body just can't handle being at a Lower weight?
  • I don't exercise, I used to when I was a few pounds heavier. I usually feel too tired to exercise. I'm 5'6 and 133 pounds. Which is apparently healthy, my lowest weight was 124 and I want to be about 126-127 for summer
  • Oh ok I didn't even think of that! Thanks
  • I'm not sure. I can't really maintain weight. I lost 60 pounds a few years ago by eating 1250 calories a day, then I got lazy and started eating around 1400 calories a day and gained about 8 pounds so now I'm going back to lower calories. When I lost 60 pounds I feel the same way I do now, very weak and tired
  • I'm eating around 1050-1150 calories a day. I gain weight when I eat around 1300-1400 a day. So eating low calorie seems to be the only way I can actually lose weight, and I'm not losing weight fast either.
  • Ohhhh hahaha
  • It shows the skirt in the pic! Maybe it didn't upload all the way! Sorry!
  • I eat around 1000-1100 a day, I drink a lot of water and zero calorie juices like bai or life water. I also tend to eat small snacks throughout the day (every 2-3 hours) so I'm never usually hungry unless it's before bed, then I'll make tea
  • Egg whites with low fat cheese or organic high protein oatmeal with Greek yogurt. Theyre both about 230 calories a meal if you measure out the egg whites
  • But if packaged foods are allowed to be 20% off, then doesn't that go for foods that measure in grams? It's still a label. I lost 60 pounds by calorie counting and not measuring a few years ago so I don't think calorie counting is an issue I was just wondering if I may have hit a wall or something
  • I'm tracking them properly. I don't eat a wide variety of food. Ex. Greek yogurt 80 calories, tofu packet 300, oatmeal 100 ect. That's why I don't need to measure because there's nothing to measure. Maybe I should start going to the gym
  • I look at the serving sizes but I don't actually measure and thanks!
  • I'm 5'6 and 134lbs. I don't weight my food but I always know how many calories I'm eating. I never eat out
  • Thanks guys! I'm starting law school soon so that'll be my distraction! Tea is a good idea, so is walking since the weather is going to be nice soon
