I've been counting my calories for a good while now. I count everything. Gaining weight on maintainance. Haven't changed a thing.
My weight has been 'wonky' lately. Typically if I don't eat a certain amount of calories I can drop 10+ pounds like nobody's business in a matter of days. Accuracy of MFP nutrition calculator?
I added a salad I made which tells me it's 160 calories per serving. However two other calculators I've used have very different calculations. One says 187 per serving and another says 385! I'm using all the same type of ingredients and measurements. Nothing is different.

Jawbone Up Move. Steps vs cardio workout for calories
Ok so I wear my Up Move constantly during the day so when I do any cardio workout it counts that as steps. It inputs my steps in the myfitnesspal app and calculates the 'negative calorie adjustments' (still not sure what that really is).
